I think _yz_ is right. It is IMHO not a good idea to make a playing package unreadable (even if not unreadable, still putting the cheater-beating problem in the very center explicitly).
Suppose somebody comes for the first time. When s/he reads those strange-looking (for purpose) questions s/he probably will conclude that we all are cheaters, that everyone knows this and that the winner should just have overcheated other cheaters.
I kindly ask the authors to stop using this method.
I do not think it could be useful to amend the Regulations ("Authors must use only russian words and russian letters, exception possible if other language is needed for correct formulation of the question" - looks most strange!!
Anyway, as sno has pointed out, this method will hardly stop wise cheaters, and we need not to take care of the stupid ones. IMHO the number of cheaters is over-estimated. We beter not allow those (virtual) people to break the image of the game.
